At the end of october 2016, the fund, made available to the ANME by the Italian Ministry of the Environment of the Earth and Sea through the United Nations Environment Program, and granted under the forms of bonuses and additional subsidies for the construction of collective solar installations in the tertiary sector was consumed. Some 100 establishments in the tertiary sector, including nearly 40 hotels, benefited from the grants during the period 2010-2016, with a total surface area of 5800 m² of solar collectors.

The tertiary and industrial sector
  • The housing stock has grown from about 2.9 million houses in 2009 to about 3.3 million in 2015, an increase of 80,000 houses per year. This park is expected to grow faster in the next years because of the various real estate projects planned over the medium term.
