Launch of a Digital Application for the Technical Monitoring of Solar Water Heaters in the Residential and Small Business Sectors 📱☀️

As part of efforts to enhance transparency and improve the quality of services provided to citizens, the National Agency for Energy Conservation (ANME) has developed a digital application dedicated to verifying and monitoring the installation of solar water heaters across the country 🌍, under the ☀️ PROSOL program.

This digital system 🖥️ represents a qualitative leap toward the digitization of monitoring and field control activities. It ensures ✅ immediate verification of installations, ⚙️ equipment quality, 📐 compliance with technical standards, and better 📞 after-sales service.

The app is used by installation companies accredited by the agency 🧰. Each installation is documented with photos 📸, customer data 👤, installer company data 🏗️, installed equipment details 🔧, and geographic information 🗺️. This allows ANME to ensure real-time monitoring 🔍 and rapid intervention 🚨 in case of irregularities or complaints.

This project reflects the agency's vision to modernize its services by digitizing its operations 📲, fostering trust 🤝 among stakeholders, and reinforcing a responsible partnership between the public and private sectors 🏢.

To mark the occasion, ANME organized a workshop on Friday, May 30, 2025 🗓️, at its headquarters 🏢, attended by suppliers 🏭 and some installation companies, to introduce the application and explain how to use it 💬.
