The project « Design and realization of a solar dryer of agro-alimentary products » was launched following a study carried out by the ANME. This study has allowed to identify the fields for drying in Tunisia and the possible applications of solar drying.
Its main objective is to design, build and install a prototype of solar dryer for tomatoes.

The final result of the project will be a prototype dryer that can then be marketed.
