French cooperation has provided support to the National Agency for Energy Management "ANME" since its creation, through the implementation of pilot projects, feasibility studies and the training of ANME executives in partnership with partner organizations, namely the French Agency for the Environment and Energy Management (ADEME) and the French Development Agency (AFD).
